A motivated, professional and highly trained workforce is key to achievement of our goal to improve standards and quality. Our Learning & Development and Training services function offers a wide range of development and training oportunities for the benefit of our employees, in addition to offering quality external training to the house-building industry.

We also support the ongoing development of our employees and encourage membership of the relevant professional bodies, through approved development programmes.

We have worked for a number of years in tandem with the College of West Anglia to offer appenticeships to employees in various areas of the building trade.
